Easy Macaroni Schotel

      Hi, i'm Rivanti. Since Chenny shared a recipe, i wanna share a recipe too. I wanna share how to make macaroni schotel. This is my favorite food. When i was child, my mom often made macaroni schotel for me.

      And this is the recipe

Macaroni Schotel

Ingredient

• 1 onion and 2 garlics, sliced
• 200 gr macaroni, boiled until tender, drained, set aside
• ground chicken
• 3 cups fresh milk
• 2 eggs, beaten
• salt, pepper, sugar, nutmeg to taste
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• addiotional shredded cheese for topping
• 1 tbsp all purpose flour - or 2 tbsp if you want to be more firm

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 175 C
2. In a big pan heat 2 tbsp oil, saute the garlics and onion until fragrance
3. Add ground chicken, stirring until chicken is cooked
4. Add milk, salt, pepper, sugar, nutmeg, flour, macaroni, stirring well.
5. Heat off, add cheese, egg, stir well
6. Transfer the macaroni into the buttered baking dish, topped with shredded cheese
7. Bake for 45 min.

How to Make an Easy Alfredo Fettuccine

Hi im chenny, last night i ate an alfredo fettuccine and the taste's like a heaven i really love it. My mother cooked it and today i wanna share about how to make an easy alfredo fettuccine. check. it. out!

Ingredients:

• 250 ml cheese
• 500 ml plain milk
• 1 onion (chopped)
• mushrooms (chopped)
• bacon
• salt
• pepper
• butter
• garlic (chopped)

How to cook:

1. Stir-fry a garlic and onion until done. Add a mushrooms and pepper.
2. Add plain milk until boiled, add a cheese. Stir until melted.
3. Slice a bacon, then fried with a butter.
4. Boil a fettuccine pasta until done.
5. add the fetttucine into plate, then add the sauce.

VIOLA! Alfredo Fettuccine is ready to served.

ps: you can add shrimp if you want.
